Fall Activities in Branson

Most people visit Branson for a wonderful vacation, whether local or visitors, they have come to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. This popular Midwest tourist destination offers a variety of fall activities such as festivals, harvests, and thrilling rides at Silver Dollar City, including Branson roller coasters. This makes Branson a fantastic place to spend time with the entire family during the fall season.

As the weather cools, fall festivals abound in Branson. Silver Dollar City's Harvest Festival; McKenna's Pumpkin Patch; Autumn Daze Arts, Crafts, and Music Festival; and numerous other activities in and around Branson, such as Branson Jet Boats, Branson Mountain Coaster, Flyaway Ziplines, and Pink Jeep Tours.


Harvest Festival

From September 21 to October 29, Silver Dollar City's Harvest Festival offers a variety of exciting activities. A giant pumpkin made of hand-carved pumpkins can be found here. You can join in the Harvest Festival at the theme park, which includes Craft Days and Pumpkins. You'll love the bright display of thousands of illuminated pumpkins and the many other fun activities for the whole family. While inside the park, don't forget to take a thrilling ride on one of the Branson roller coasters.


McKenna's Pumpkin Patch

McKenna's Pumpkin Patch in Branson is open from September 25 to October 31 to help you celebrate the season. This fall, your entire family will undoubtedly enjoy a fantastic display of pumpkins, exciting activities, and the opportunity to purchase fall decorations. Other fall activities include:

●       A giant bale hay maze.

●       Things to climb on.

●       Games to play.

●       A fun hayride through the woods.

●       A new pallet maze.


Autumn Daze Arts, Crafts, and Music Festival

The 48th Autumn Daze Arts, Crafts, and Musical Festival at Silver Dollar City is a free, family-friendly event of the fall season in the Ozarks, taking place from September 15 to 17. The festival features over 150 artisans displaying their creations, which are the best of Ozark Mountain handcrafted items. The items on display at the festival are all handcrafted and can make excellent keepsakes and gifts for anyone. This activity is open to the public and free of charge.

Quilts, wood crafts, clothing, crocheted and knitted items, hats, jewelry, ladies' accessories, purses, floral arrangements, toys, ironworks, collectibles, and more will be available to shoppers from all walks of life.


Cedar Fest at Big Cedar Lodge

Bring the entire family to enjoy the season and enjoy the best fall activities in the area from September 18 to October 31. You can celebrate the autumn season by putting an autumn twist on some of your favorite fall activities. Guests can join in a guided tram tour that will take them to a pumpkin patch where they can enjoy pumpkin decorating, pottery painting, tie-dying, face painting, and exciting rides on their mechanical bull.


Branson Mountain Coaster

This thrilling adventure ride with the mountain coaster gives riders a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel uphill and downhill gravity rides. The Mountain Coaster at Branson Mountain Adventure Park excites every coaster enthusiast. Riders are seated in separate carts designed to ensure a safe journey. The carts are raised to the top by a chain, similar to classic roller coasters. Carts are released at the top of the mountain to descend, snaking in and out of the hills for a thrilling, one-of-a-kind ride adventure.


Branson Jet Boats

Anyone will find it exciting to have a fantastic fall ride on Lake Taneycomo with Branson Jet Boat. A thrilling journey on the lake on a jet boat will allow you to observe famous Ozark woodlands and cliffs, the beautiful waters of Lake Taneycomo, and local wildlife. You'll not only enjoy the fantastic scenery as the jet boat travels down the lake, but you'll also get to enjoy water splashes as the boat slides through the lake's clean and crystal blue waters.


The Flyaway Zipline

The Flyaway Quad Zipline Attraction at Branson Mountain Adventure Park will allow you to feel the rush of flying high above the Ozark Mountains. As your zip line adventure takes you high above Fall Creek, hundreds of feet above the landing zone, you will have the opportunity to race your friends or family to the bottom. This is not ideal for everyone; it is a high-speed zipline adrenaline rush that allows you to fly away in Branson.


Pink Jeep Tours

This newly launched Branson tour activity will allow you to experience the Ozarks' magic from the comfort of a custom Pink Jeep Wrangler. You will wind past lakeside landmarks and ascend off-road trails to the top of Baird Mountain while local guides narrate about mountain history and living culture.


Taking a thrilling adventure ride on the Branson roller coasters can be enjoyed all year, whereas the other fall activities mentioned above are only available during the fall season.
